    I recently took my 2019 VW Atlas for a recall repair on the passenger seat safety system. The service was great as usual, Erik and Brianna were understanding of my work schedule and helped me find the right date to get it done. Even after several hours after I picked up my car back and ran into some strange ignition/starting issues. I called the service department and Erik took me back fast and had my car check by the technicians in a timely manner. Fortunately the issue seemed to have resolved itself.
