    Everyone I encountered was amazing. Ashley greeted me immediately and took care of my needs. I recently moved from Kansas to Winchester, VA and my only reason for going to VW was to get a state inspection and to purchase a license plate holder, so even with that insignificant visit I was treated like I bought the car there. Then when i was notified that my license plate holder had come in, I came to winchester VW without and appointment and Ashley was there again to assist me. She immediately found a mechanic to assist with putting on my license plate holder, again very impressed, and cant wait to revisit for maintenance in the future.

From the start, Nick was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient—making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions, never pressured me, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. The GTI is everything I hoped for and more, and the dealership made the entire experience seamless. The professionalism, transparency, and customer-first attitude here truly stand out.     3% credit card fee is silly. I am happy to pay my next big bill in $20s. how many do you think will actually make it to the bank? Your phone system is embarrassing. If I can’t talk to a rep who is local and can answer questions about the service you are recommending, I am going to find someone who can. I’m not going to beg to be given decent human customer service. It’s not that expensive to deliver compared to the revenue service fees generates.

    It was great working with Volkswagen of Winchester. We were in the market for a new, small vehicle and had previously owned a 2018 GTI. We were thinking a new GTI could be the best route. We actually went to VW of Winchester a couple times before pulling the trigger. Phil Joy honestly helped sell the car better than anyone else. From the first interaction to the test drive to taking ownership, he was super enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Anthony was great, giving us all the info we needed. There are also several car enthusiasts working there that were really fun to talk to.

    I didn't have an appointment when in on a Saturday explained what was happening and they said well we might not be able to fix it but we will take a look... the service advisor took my keys and 20 minutes later issue was fixed. (programming issue)

    Poor communication, had to call each day for 3 days to determine when my car would be ready for pick up. Delays are understood because they were waiting in parts to arrive but communication would have been helpful since I was without my car for an unexpected 3 days
